December 6, 2017, a delegation of French new energy experts organized by the French Consulate General in Shanghai paid a visit to Phylion and exchanged in-depth discussions with the core technical team of Phylion on the technology route choices and policy environment for lithium batteries.

These experts have made remarkable achievements in the development of electrochemical energy storage materials, battery management systems and lithium-ion battery materials respectively.

During the visit and exchange, Wang Zhengwei, vice president and general manager of Technology Center of Phylion expressed his opinion on the issue of China's new energy development policy that the expert group was concerned about.

In March 2017, China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other three ministries issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the Development of Automotive Power Battery Industry", which made clear requirements of power batteries in 2020 and 2025.

Wang Zhengwei believes that under the guidance of policies, state subsidies are closely related to the energy density of power batteries. On the one hand, Phylion will follow the policy guidance. On the other hand, Phylion aims to "make consumers use good and affordable products." We make cost-effective as a guide to enhance technology and product performance.

Except visiting Phylion, the exchange delegation mainly visit research institutes, they have visited the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tongji University and Fudan University.
